Finance - The team from finance leads all departments through the financial aspects of the organisation. Opportunities may exist for accountants, finance managers, payroll officers, procurement and corporate services.
People and culture – People and Culture provide key services including consultancy and advice on services and employment matters. Opportunities may exist for Human Resource advisors, recruitment officers and OH&S officers.
Administration - Opportunities may exist for executive assistants, ward clerks, general administration, reception and switchboard operators.
Buildings and Infrastructure – The Buildings and Infrastructure team provides and maintains a safe, operational and pleasant environment for anyone who enters a Bendigo Health facility. Opportunities may exist for gardeners, engineers, electricians, plumbers and builders.
Environmental Services – The team in Environmental Services provides varied services to all areas of Bendigo Health, including portering, linen collection and delivery, patient/specimen/histories transfers, all aspects of housekeeping/cleaning and effective waste management for both clinical and general waste and carrying out waste audits.
Food Services – Our hard working team of food services staff produce and distribute around one million meals annually including many specific dietary and nutritional requirements. Opportunities to join the team may exist for pastry chefs, chefs, cooks, kitchen hands, Apprenticeships and traineeships are also available in this area.
Information Services – Bendigo Health continually pushes the boundaries of technology to bring best practice information services to health care. Information Services encompasses ICT, Applications, Communications and Health Information Service. Opportunities may exist for Project Managers, Business Analysts, Application Developers, Network Specialists, Health Informaticians, Health Information Managers and Coders.
Organisational Development and Improvement (ODI) – The ODI team supports the organisation through the provision of services such as education and library services, projects and research, risk management, accreditation, redesign, strategic and business planning and organisational development including change management. Opportunities may exist for clinical and corporate educators, researchers, project officers and managers and health administrators.
