The Medical Unit provides a wide range of acute medical services for inpatients, such as those with respiratory, renal, cardiac, neurological, and oncological conditions. Our team of professionals consists of nurses and medical staff working in close liaison with allied health services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and dietetic therapists.

Admission to the unit is via the Emergency Department at the Bendigo Hospital or through a general practitioner with admitting rights and is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
