The clinics are the referral centre for patients seeking consultation for elective and non-emergency treatment at Bendigo Health acute campus, as a public patient.

The consultants who attend the clinics in this area specialise in general surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic (lung) surgery, orthopaedic surgery, ear nose & throat surgery, ophthalmology (eyes), general medicine, renal medicine, gastroenterology, and urology. Patients are seen on a referral basis for screening and follow up of medical conditions, post operative management and wound management.

The service is offered to people of all ages who are to be admitted to hospital or who require outpatient consultation.
