The perioperative service has:

• The Operating Theatre Suite - with five operating rooms and a Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (recovery room)
• The Day Procedure Unit - with an endoscopy procedure room, second stage recovery room and waiting areas for patients
• Central Sterilising Department - which provides a sterilising service not only to the theatres but also to other departments within Bendigo Health and to external customers
