The Psychiatric Triage Service is a telephone psychiatric crisis and referral service.  Call 1300 363 788 (local call cost from anywhere in Victoria).

The Psychiatric Triage Service acts as a single point of entry for all referrals into Loddon Campaspe Southern Mallee area psychiatric services and provides immediate telephone access to an experienced, highly skilled mental health clinician.  Triage can in the first instance provide details on how to deal with a situation.

The service:

• Provides 24 hour psychiatric crisis advice
• Acts as a single point of entry into psychiatric services
• Assesses all referrals for psychiatric services from Loddon Campaspe Southern Mallee Region
• Facilitates and screens admissions to inpatient units
