The Speech Pathology Unit operates from both main campuses.  A home visiting service is available to eligible clients in Bendigo through the Home Assessment & Rehabilitation Team, and to eligible clients outside of Bendigo through the Rural Allied Health and Assessment Team.

The department aims to:

• Provide high quality speech pathology services to eligible clients presenting with communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders
• Provide appropriate education to carers, staff and the community on speech pathology matters
• Reduce communication, cognitive and dysphagic disabilities for clients of Bendigo Health
• Contribute to the smooth transition of clients through the various Bendigo Health services
