All accommodation of single bedrooms and ensuite facilities is at ground floor level. The surrounding gardens, accessible wide verandas and tasetfulsitting rooms to relax in give each home an individual feel and pleasant atmosphere. Accommodation is also available for married couples. Staff are happy to arrange appointment times for prospective residents, family and next of kin to look through the hostel.

Carshalton House has an emphasis on independence, resident self-determination and choice. Residents are actively involved in decision-making and have been instrumental in initiating many quality improvement activities.

Home and community-based activities and caring, supportive staff all combine to make Carshalton House the preferred choice in hostel accommodation for many Bendigo residents.
