Corporate services is responsible for:

• Fleet management - acquisition, disposal and management of over 210 fleet vehicles.
• Provision of rail tickets for staff travel to Melbourne.
• Security response, provision of security risk management advice and management of contract security guard services.
• Management of material damage, public liability and motor vehicle insurances - renewal of policies and claims management.
• Management of the coffee shops on the Bendigo Hospital and Anne Caudle Centre campuses.
• Manage acquisition, disposal and leasing of all photocopiers.
• Purchase, installation and servicing of fax machines.
• Manage the centralised meeting room booking system.
