The aims of Fleet Mangement are:

• To provide a customer focused, economically efficient and effective fleet management service that meets the needs of its customers by operating in line with industry best practice.
• Fleet management continually monitors the motor vehicle industry to ensure we operate the fleet in the most economically responsible manner to the advantage of Bendigo Health.

Key activities:

• Fleet management - acquisition, disposal and management of over 210 fleet vehicles.
• Provision of rail tickets for staff travel to Melbourne.
• Code black security response on Anne Caudle Centre campus.

Make up of the fleet:

Bendigo Health has approximately 210 vehicles in its fleet, made up of sedans, wagons, twincabs, utilities and trucks.
