Bendigo Health Graduate Nurse Programs 2014
The aims of the graduate nurse programs are to support newly registered nurses in their transition to employment, offering the opportunity for consolidation of clinical knowledge, skills, experience and professional development.
The programs foster the development of confidence with support from nurse educators, clinical support nurses, preceptors, group orientation and structured study days.
