What the clinic does	A multidisciplinary service for people with chronic, non-cancer pain that has not responded to usual medical management and therapies. The emphasis is on helping people to lead full and active lives, by making effective use of pain management strategies in conjunction with management of medication regimes Individually tailored programmes and/or structured pain management program.

How to refer your patient	You can provide information using the Bendigo Health SCTT form, your personal letterhead or a computer generated form. Information about the patient’s condition, functional ability, the impact their condition is having on their normal daily activities, some indication of the expected outcomes would help us in determining how best we can meet the needs of your patient. You may fax the referral in and then post the original.
