Inpatient Care

Marjorie Phillips Unit
The Marjorie Phillips Unit is a 20 bed facility providing inpatient care for patients over 65 years experiencing mental illness or dementia. Ten beds accommodate acute psychiatric admissions and ten beds are dedicated for dementia assessment.

Outpatient Care

Bendigo Health community based aged psychiatric service provides specialist assessment, treatment and case management for patients over 65 years who are experiencing mental illness or who exhibit symptoms of degenerative disease associated with aging such as Alzheimer’s disease. These services are provided from clinics located in Bendigo and a number of other rural locations.
