What the clinic does	Comprehensive, multidisciplinary service for clients recovering from: Orthopaedic surgery or multi-trauma incidents Clients with multiple or complex musculoskeletal problems Rheumatological conditions. The team also works with clients who are returning to the workplace following musculoskeletal injury. Individual treatment as required Fitness and strengthening programs Advice on symptom management/ task modifications Self management advice is emphasised Custom made splints/orthotics/ pressure garments Worksite assessment 'Back on Track' - seven week education program Psychology counselling and support Stress management.

How to refer your patient	You can provide information using the Bendigo Health SCTT form, your personal letterhead or a computer generated form. Information about the patient’s condition, functional ability, the impact their condition is having on their normal daily activities, some indication of the expected outcomes would help us in determining how best we can meet the needs of your patient. You may fax the referral in and then post the original.
