How to refer your patient
Patients are booked through Bendigo Health Women’s Health Clinic and must be booked into Bendigo Health for their delivery.
Information can be provided using the Bendigo Health SCTT form, on a GP personal letterhead or a computer generated form.
Information about the patient’s condition, functional ability and the impact their condition is having on their normal daily activities would help us in determining how best we can meet the needs of your patient.
Please include relevant past history, current medications and pathology results with your referral.
You may fax the referral in and then post the original. Referral is required from patient's GP or private specialist.
Approximate wait time for referred patients
2-4 weeks for clinic appointment with endocrinologist but will be seen individually by diabetes educator within one week.

Women’s health clinic is located in the Kurmala building, Bendigo hospital campus. Entry via Arnold Street.
