What the clinic does  

Specialist multidisciplinary service focussing on the assessment and management of clients with falls, mobility, balance and vestibular problems. 

The clinic provides time limited, specialist intervention advice and referral to mainstream services for ongoing management including:

  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Home visit as needed
  • Computerised balance testing
  • Education and information for clients/carers/other health professionals
  • Individually tailored management plans
  • Appropriate exercises and information.

How to refer your patient

You can provide information using the Bendigo Health SCTT form, your personal letterhead or a computer generated form.

 

Information about the patient’s condition, functional ability, the impact their condition is having on their normal daily activities, some indication of the expected outcomes would help us in determining how best we can meet the needs of your patient.

 

You may fax the referral in and then post the original.
