What the clinic does

After the first visit, women and their families will see the same midwife for pregnancy, birth and early parenting care, supported by a small group of midwives if the primary midwife is unavailable.

Clinical information requirements that supplement the referral form  

You must be greater than 12 weeks pregnant to express an interest in this program.

Fill out the expression of interest form.

A letter acknowledging your interest will be sent on receipt of the form.

Approximate wait time for referred patients 

Recruitment will occur before 26 weeks and a letter will be sent offering a place on the program or advising you have been placed on the waiting list.
