Specialised multidisciplinary team who have established close links with the Victorian Spinal Cord Service and inpatient services at local and metropolitan hospitals to ensure a smooth continuous service.

  • Assessment including functional/workplace assessments
  • Wheelchair assessment, pressure and seating assessment
  • Exercise – gym/hydrotherapy
  • Driving Assessment
  • Home visits, modifications and equipment
  • Information, support and counselling.

How to refer your patient

 You can provide information using the Bendigo Health SCTT form, your personal letterhead or a computer generated form.

 

Information about the patient’s condition, functional ability, the impact their condition is having on their normal daily activities, some indication of the expected outcomes would help us in determining how best we can meet the needs of your patient.

 

You may fax the referral in and then post the original.
