What is an EEG?
Electroencephalography (EEG) is the measurement of electrical activity produced by the brain. It is a non-invasive test used for the testing of epilepsies and other seizure disorders.
Patients may be referred by their general practitioner, physician, paediatrician or neurologist.
The EEG department is located on the level 1 of the Hyett building. It can be accessed from the main entrance off Lucan Street.
