Patients must arrange their own transport home. Please ensure arrangements have been made prior to discharge.
Please discuss any concerns or issues regarding transport arrangements with nursing staff.
Patients are responsible for the cost of transport by the ambulance service. Ambulance or private health fund subscribers may be able to claim a rebate.
