Bendigo Health welcomes allied health students from many universities including La Trobe University, Bendigo Regional TAFE, Victoria University, Charles Sturt University, Deakin University, University of Canberra, RMIT, Monash University, Griffith University and the University of Ballarat.
Bendigo Health welcomes allied health students from many universities including La Trobe University, Bendigo Regional TAFE, Victoria University, Charles Sturt University, Deakin University, University of Canberra, RMIT, Monash University, Griffith University and the University of Ballarat.
Students in Aboriginal health, allied health assistance, audiology, dietetics, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, psychology, podiatry, physiotherapy, speech pathology, social work and welfare work all attend Bendigo Health on clinical placement. In 2010, 164 students undertook clinical placements over a total of 3,795 days.
We aim to assist allied health students to become highly effective health professionals providing quality care to help people maximise their fitness and health.

Arranging clinical placements at Bendigo Health
A clinical placement agreement between the education provider and Bendigo Health needs to be in place prior to students arriving on placement. Placements are not organised directly with students.
