Lights on Loddon Mallee is a podcast that takes a glimpse into the health of our region.

The podcast aims to inspire and guide behaviour that improves community health and wellbeing and reduce preventable hospital admissions.

The podcast provide up to date and emerging information on managing and preventing chronic disease, personal wellness, accessing health care and how the public can advocate for their health.

Preparing 400 meals a day is Di Walker’s bread and butter.

The program, based at Alfred Health, was established in 2020 with the goal of reducing the mental and financial burden on patients having to travel to a metro centre for a clinical trial.
